Backpack Sizing Chart

Pack size is based on two measurements: torso length and waist (hip belt) circumference.

How to Measure

Waist: Measure around your waist just above the top of the hip bones, roughly two fingers below the belly button.

Torso: Measure from the bony bump at the base of the neck (C7 vertebra) down the spine to the point behind your belly button.

Notes: Pack capacity does not change between sizes — only the yoke and waist belt differ. If you fall between waist belt sizes, we recommend sizing down so the belt can snugly secure around your hips. The listed ranges leave a little extra adjustment room for extra clothing layers.

Deliberate placement of every pocket and strap for simple and efficient function.

The ASAP 20 was designed to be a lightweight and efficient assault pack for the shortest missions. Purpose built pockets with internal elastic loops are accessible from the outside via a zipper, perfect for mags, gloves, or a small water bottle. These pockets were intentionally added above the PALS webbing to make them accessible when you attach MOLLE pockets or the MYSTERY RANCH REMOVABLE STICK-IT. Hydration reservoir compatible with five rows of inner PALS/hook and loop pile panel to accommodate radio harnesses or removable pockets.
